To start with even I don't know who is Ramya and that exactly is the reason why am I writing this blog. I want to know about this mysterious friend of mine.

Before telling you about her let me tell you how we met. It was on 24th July 05 I got a mail from her wishing me Happy Birthday. To tell you the truth I was shocked to see this mail as my birth day in Novemeber. Anyway I read the mail and it was a nice birthday card. She made my day but the BIG question was still in my mind. Why did she wished me now when my Bday is four months away? But after sometime I found out the answer to the question. She wished me because according to my school certificates my birthday is on 24th July not on 27th Nov and hence on the company database my Bday is 24th July. One thing was clear from it she does ot know me personally and she got my DOB form company intranet site. So I thought she must be someone from HR Dept.

After reading her Bday card I sent her a thank you note and asked her who is she. She replied to that mail and told me that she is form HR. After that we have developed a good friendship. She sends me around 10 mails a day, and I enjoy her mails a lot. Her mails may contain anything from Sardarji Jokes to Pt Hari Prasad Chaurasia's Concert snaps. Her mails give me an oppurtunity to do something else in between my work.

But finding Ramya was not as simple as I thought it to be. There are thousands of employees working in the Infosys campus here at Bangalore and to find a girl among all these is surely difficult.

So If you are working in Infosys Bangalore and if you know someone Called Ramya Rajappa from Fin dept just ask her to read my blog. This is my way of thaking that unknown girl for making my day by sending me mails each and every day for last 7 months. I just wanna say a big THANK YOU to her for making people smile even if she dont know them.
